Top New Subaru Models PA
Subaru is the automobile manufacturing division of Japanese
transportation conglomerate Fuji Heavy Industries Group (FHI).
Subaru is internationally known for their use of boxer engines in
most of their vehicles. The company decided to use all wheel drive
in most international markets as standard equipment in 1996. They
also offer many turbocharged versions of their passenger cars, such
as the Impreza WRX which is well-known in motorsports, such as rally
racing.
Subaru Forester
The Subaru Forester, a successful small SUV/wagon since 1998, was
redesigned last year. This generation is larger and more similar to
all the other car-based compact SUVs out there. More grown up in
both size and character than past iterations, the 2010 Subaru
Forester is a top pick in the highly competitive small SUV segment.
Subaru Impreza
Few vehicles have such a wide breadth of body styles, engines and
target buyers as the 2010 Subaru Impreza. From a mountain-visiting
outdoors enthusiast who desires the extra ground clearance of the
Outback Sport, to the track-addicted driving enthusiast who desires
the high-tech mechanicals of the WRX STI, there's an Impreza for
practically everyone. The Impreza is available as a sedan or
hatchback. Trim levels include the naturally aspirated four-cylinder
2.5i and Outback Sport, as well as turbocharged 2.5GT and WRX
models. All Impreza models get a new grille for 2010.
Subaru Outback
Though Outback sedans have existed over the years, the Outback has
only been available as a wagon since 2007, leaving the sedan space
to the Legacy, which is also all-new for 2010. The Outback has grown
for 2010, adding much-needed space to the backseat, yet its mileage
has improved, according to Subaru.
Subaru Legacy
With the launch of its all-new fifth-generation Legacy, Subaru is
feeling even sweeter, as it finally has a flagship sedan that offers
competitive performance, passenger volume, and fuel economy. The
redesigned 2010 Subaru Legacy offers standard all-wheel drive and
above-average performance in a significantly larger package. If you
like the look of it, it's a solid choice.
Subaru Tribeca
The Tribeca comes with standard all-wheel drive. It can seat five in
standard configuration or seven with an optional third row. It
competes with other midsize SUV/crossover models such as the Ford
Edge, Hyundai Santa Fe and Toyota Highlander. New for 2010: The
five-passenger versions are no longer offered, so all models now
have three rows of seats for seven-passenger capacity. A new Touring
model has a moonroof, navigation system and backup camera among its
standard features.
